Employment Counsel – French Qualified - Leading global technology company
We’re looking for an experienced French qualified Employment lawyer to support a global tech leader to cover a maternity leave across their Western Europe region (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium).
This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running, working with autonomy, and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Your role will include:
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Working pattern: Full-time, Hybrid or Remote, UK based

We’re looking for an experienced French qualified Employment lawyer to support a global tech leader to cover a maternity leave across their Western Europe region (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium).
This is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running, working with autonomy, and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Your role will include:
- Providing day-to-day employment law support across Western Europe, particularly France
- Advising on BAU matters: performance, disciplinaries, redundancies, policy development & ER issues
- Working closely with HR teams
- Supporting integration workstreams linked to a recent acquisition
- have strong European Employment Law experience
- be fluent in French & English (and significant French market experience)
- have familiarity with works council processes & regulatory engagement
- have a solid previous in-house experience, ideally within tech
