We’re looking for a mid to senior Leveraged Finance lawyer to join our client, a leading global investment and advisory firm, to support them for 12 months.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting complex financing and investment activity, with responsibility for:
Leading leveraged finance and private credit transactions end-to-end

We’re looking for an experienced LNG or energy Trading lawyer to join our client, a leading global energy company, to support the London based team during a busy period.
You will join a highly collegiate legal team operating within a global legal function, supporting short-term, structured and longer-term LNG trading activity, primarily focused on the Atlantic Basin.
The Role
You will take ownership of a broad range of LNG trading and commercial matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating LNG master trading agreements and documentation for spot and short-term physical transactions
Supporting complex, high-value mid and long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements, including multibillion dollar offtake arrangements
Advising on structured transactions, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, regasification capacity agreements and downstream LNG infrastructure documentation
Providing legal advice on LNG operational and trading events, including force majeure, sanctions, government action, cargo scheduling issues, late arrivals and credit support
Advising on LNG structuring and value chain optimisation, including storage solutions, ship to ship transactions and related arrangements
