Substantive Legal Experience Senior LNG Trading Lawyer – In House
We’re looking for an experienced LNG or energy Trading lawyer to join our client, a leading global energy company, to support the London based team during a busy period.
You will join a highly collegiate legal team operating within a global legal function, supporting short-term, structured and longer-term LNG trading activity, primarily focused on the Atlantic Basin.
The Role
You will take ownership of a broad range of LNG trading and commercial matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating LNG master trading agreements and documentation for spot and short-term physical transactions
Supporting complex, high-value mid and long-term LNG sale and purchase agreements, including multibillion dollar offtake arrangements
Advising on structured transactions, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, regasification capacity agreements and downstream LNG infrastructure documentation
Providing legal advice on LNG operational and trading events, including force majeure, sanctions, government action, cargo scheduling issues, late arrivals and credit support
Advising on LNG structuring and value chain optimisation, including storage solutions, ship to ship transactions and related arrangements
Supporting formal and informal disputes in collaboration with an established disputes team
Exercising strong legal and commercial judgement in fast moving, time sensitive trading environments
About You
Ideally you will:
be a senior commercial or energy lawyer
have strong experience in energy trading, LNG, shipping or complex commodities transactions
be confident advising in high-value, time critical, market driven situations
Start: ASAP
Duration: The assignment is expected to run for at least 6 months

We are working with a global organisation seeking an experienced Legal Program Manager to join their team — a core pillar of Regulatory Affairs Operations.
This role sits within a global network of Program Managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC, responsible for driving operational excellence, consistency, and effective navigation of complex regulatory landscapes. The team partners closely with Regulatory Affairs attorneys, primarily on defence matters across Competition, Privacy, and Content, and collaborates with Legal, Discovery, Public Affairs, and other business functions to deliver accurate, consistent, and strategic regulatory responses.
The Role
You will act as the central project manager, working closely with Regulatory Affairs and Lead Counsel to coordinate responses to inquiries and investigations from government and regulatory agencies worldwide. The role spans some of the organisation’s most high profile and complex regulatory matters, requiring strong stakeholder management and hands on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding program management for high priority regulatory and legal matters
Partner with Regulatory Affairs Lead Counsel to define scope, manage timelines, track workstreams, and ensure timely submissions and approvals
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders across Legal, Discovery, Public Policy, Finance, and Product teams
Provide hands on support for discovery related activities, including data and document collection, working closely with Discovery Counsel and legal operations teams

Substantive Legal Experience Commercial Lawyer – Public Procurement & Government Contracts
Contract: 6 month fixed term contract
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Ideal Level: 4–6 PQE
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our legal team on a six month contract, supporting complex Tender bids, MOU's high value commercial matters involving the UK Government and Government Agencies/ Public sector bodies. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering exposure to strategically significant projects and senior level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on a broad range of Commercial contracts with major corporate clients and public sector entities
Reviewing, drafting and responding to Competitive tender notices, RFPs and procurement documentation, MOU's
Supporting the full public procurement lifecycle, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
Negotiating and contracting with UK government departments and national governments, including framework agreements and long term service contracts
Working closely with internal commercial, procurement and operational teams on high profile projects
Identifying, managing and mitigating legal risk while supporting commercial objectives.
About You
Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE
Strong background in commercial contracts, ideally gained in an in house or large scale commercial environment.
Experience with Government bid tenders in the UK and MOUs or other deals with the Government and or government agencies.
Proven experience in public procurement, including competitive tender processes
Experience negotiating contracts with government departments and national governments
Commercially pragmatic with the ability to balance legal risk and business priorities
Confident communicator with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment.

We’re looking for a Competition Lawyer to join our client, a leading media and communications business, to support its Competition & Regulatory team supporting core competition matters and a high?profile acquisition.
This role will involve advising on behavioural and transactional competition law issues, supporting regulatory investigations and reviews, assisting commercial teams with negotiations and M&A activity, and clearly communicating complex legal issues to senior stakeholders.

The EMEA Team is currently supported by 5 LODs, working with circa 6-7 FTE Lawyers. You'll work directly with a lovely Senior Counsel who's been with and in this team, for over 15 years. They're looking for a solid commercial lawyer, ideally with experience with mobile carrier deals. Most of this team is based in London but support work across EMEA, working with local country teams as needed. It's a 'deal heavy' role that will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, driving better processes and supporting on large scale deals. Initially 6 months, but often folks in this team are extended. You'll have fellow LODs around you and work in the London offices 2-3 days per week. It's a great team atmosphere with lots of learning opportunity.

The client’s EMEA Cloud Legal team is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support an increasing workload across the EMEA cloud business, focused on a new pipeline of high value opportunities with government customers. This work will involve close collaboration with teams across the organisation’s advanced research and technology functions. You’ll be working alongside fellow LOD consultants as well as familiar faces within the broader cloud legal team.
What you’ll be supporting
Autonomous Cloud Deal Leadership
Act as lead legal counsel on high value, complex public sector tenders and contract negotiations across EMEA, operating with minimal supervision.
Strategic Risk Management
Conduct or oversee detailed, line by line gap analyses of public sector procurement terms, conditions and requirements, comparing them against the client’s standard positions and fallbacks. Prepare clear, executive friendly summaries outlining key risks and recommended approaches.
Problem Solving
Provide practical, business focused legal guidance and develop creative solutions to emerging or undefined cloud related challenges in the EMEA public sector — always balancing legal risk with commercial priorities.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams across Sales, Privacy, Public Policy, Pricing, Product, and Security to build consensus on legal issues and remove blockers in complex deal cycles.

Substantive Legal Experience We're working with a leading tech company who are looking to bring on a Spanish-speaking employment lawyer, from April until the end of the year.
You'd function as the Country Lawyer for Spain (primary focus), Italy, Portugal and Retail operations in France. You'd be the main point of contact for all employment-related matters within these jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as first-line legal support for HR teams, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary issues
Supporting various retail-related projects
Managing change initiatives, including restructurings and redundancies
Overseeing outsourced litigation and tribunal matters
Advising on employment law aspects of regional acquisitions (e.g., TUPE transfers)
Partnering with the Benefits & Compensation team to ensure alignment with regional approaches
Working closely with leadership on a range of confidential strategic projects
It's a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from the company's London office.
