Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team on a long-term, indefinite engagement. This role is primarily onsite in Orlando, Florida, though strong hybrid candidates will be considered.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is assisting a law firm in seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team on a long-term, indefinite engagement. This role is primarily onsite in Orlando, Florida, though strong hybrid candidates will be considered.
Role Details
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Long-term, indefinite
- Location: Onsite in Orlando, FL (strong hybrid candidates will be considered)
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: Starting at $65/hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and demand letters
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and discovery responses
- Prepare for and take/defend depositions
- Work with expert witnesses and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate with litigation teams on case strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Active Florida bar license, in good standing
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling either construction litigation or healthcare litigation matters is required
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with iManage, Litify, Epoch time management, and insurance defense billing narratives is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
