Our client, an established tech company, is seeking an attorney to handle a wide variety of immigration matters, including high-volume, full suite of non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes such as: H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and the full suite of EB-1s. The attorney should have at least 5+ years handling business immigration issues.

 

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
• Hands on experience with business immigration
• Seattle area candidates preferred, but can be located anywhere

 

Details

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: 100% remote; Seattle area helpful but not required

Pay Rate: start at $80 per hour
