Our client is a global sustainability consultancy focused on helping real estate investors and occupiers improve the environmental performance of their assets. You will be working with a business that delivers ESG strategy, carbon reduction and energy efficiency solutions, using data driven insights and regulatory expertise to drive long term value and reduce climate risk across asset lifecycles.

What does the client need help with?
Support on a short term project to integrate a new contract management system. The legal team requires interim support to ensure a smooth transition and implementation within a tight timeframe.

What will the role involve?
You will play a key role in supporting the legal team with the rollout and integration of a new contract management system, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of a new contract management system
• Assisting with the migration and organisation of existing contracts and data
• Helping streamline contract processes and workflows within the new system
• Working closely with legal and wider business stakeholders to ensure adoption
• Providing general contracts support where required during the transition period

What skills do they need?
A paralegal with strong legal operations or legal tech experience, or a legal operations professional with direct experience supporting contract management systems. Experience working on system implementation projects, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment will be key.

Working Pattern
Part time (3 days per week, with flexibility to increase to 4 days)

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 month initial (with potential extension to 2 months)
