Who are we looking for?
We’re currently working on two opportunities for privacy / regulatory lawyers with growing, well-regarded organisations one within the medical devices sector and the other in the video games / technology space.
Both roles offer hands-on, commercially focused work in fast-paced environments, with good exposure to privacy, product and broader regulatory matters.
Across both roles, you will:
Provide practical, risk-based advice on privacy, data protection and broader regulatory matters
Support the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of compliance frameworks and governance processes
Work closely with product, commercial and operational teams to identify and manage legal and regulatory risks
Advise on new products, initiatives and business activities, ensuring regulatory requirements are understood and embedded early
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and help translate these into clear, actionable guidance
Assist with privacy risk assessments, including project reviews and impact assessments
Support the management of data incidents, regulatory issues and individual rights requests
Assess and manage third-party and vendor risk
Develop and maintain policies, guidance materials, templates and training
Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
About you
We’re keen to hear from lawyers who:
Have 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in privacy, regulatory, or technology law
Have worked in private practice or in-house
Have a good understanding of privacy and/or regulatory frameworks
Are comfortable working closely with the business and providing clear, practical advice
Enjoy working in fast-moving environments
Why consider these roles?
Interesting work across two very different industries
Exposure to modern business models and evolving regulation
Flexible working arrangements
Strong, collaborative teams
