Who are we looking for?
We're partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in property law, ideally with experience in the retirement living sector acting for operators.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding property matters. Working closely with clients, you will provide strategic, commercially focused advice, manage significant transactions, and play an important role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Who are we looking for?
We're partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in property law, ideally with experience in the retirement living sector acting for operators.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of complex and rewarding property matters. Working closely with clients, you will provide strategic, commercially focused advice, manage significant transactions, and play an important role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing retirement living transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters.
- Providing high-quality property law advice, drafting documentation and undertaking due diligence.
- Drafting a range of commercial and property related agreements.
- Supporting due diligence processes as part of commercial and M&A transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing strategic, commercially focused advice.
- Have at least 6 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
- Have retirement living experience, particularly acting for operators
- Possess strong drafting, negotiation and due diligence skills
- Be committed to maintaining the highest professional and information security standards
