Discovery Case Manager / eDiscovery Programme Manager (12-Month Contract)
About the Opportunity
We are supporting a global technology organisation seeking an experienced eDiscovery Case Manager or eDiscovery Programme Manager to join its in-house investigations and legal teams on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
Depending on experience, you will either provide hands-on support to the existing eDiscovery investigations team or manage the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery matters.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supporting internal investigations and legal teams on eDiscovery matters
- Managing legal hold notifications and preservation activities
- Coordinating data collection, processing, review, and production
- Conducting fact-finding and case progression activities
- Maintaining databases, forms, and case documentation
- Reviewing and organising sensitive and confidential materials
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and service providers
- Ensuring defensible and efficient eDiscovery processes in response to litigation, regulatory inquiries, and investigations
- Supporting the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle
Candidate Requirements
We are interested in speaking with:
- Qualified lawyers, paralegals, eDiscovery professionals, or project managers
- Candidates with experience gained in a law firm, corporate, government, investigations, or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Professionals with experience using eDiscovery review platforms
- Individuals with a strong understanding of the EDRM process
- Candidates experienced in handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communicators with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Relativity experience or certifications
- Experience supporting internal investigations, litigation, or regulatory matters
Contract Details
Start Date: ASAP (likely end of September)
Duration: 12 months
Working Pattern: Full-time
