The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer to join a leading Australian Corporate Law Firm on a secondment through LOD. This role will see you advising on mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.
The position offers exposure to a wide variety of high-value matters, and we are looking for an experienced M&A lawyer who can start as soon as possible.
Key Requirements
  • At least 5+ years PQE in mergers and acquisitions at a top-tier, mid-tier, or leading boutique firm or in an in-house environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with founders, investors, and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
