Who are we looking for?

As demand continues to grow across the region, LOD is seeking lawyers with general corporate and commercial experience based in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan to join our community of consultants.

• Around 3+ years’ PQE, gained in private practice or in-house.

• Local experience and understanding of the legal and business landscape in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Malaysia.

• Strong background in general corporate and commercial work, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

• Commercially minded and adaptable, with the ability to hit the ground running and build strong relationships across all levels of a business.

• Hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach to delivering legal solutions.

• Availability to commence at short notice will be an advantage.
