Who are we looking for?
We are seeking experienced professionals with backgrounds in compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal work to support our clients on a project, interim, or ongoing basis. This role offers exposure to a wide range of industries and legal functions, working alongside in-house legal and business teams to deliver high-quality, practical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance:
Support implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, policies, and internal controls.
Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory filings as required.
Assist with AML/KYC documentation, sanctions checks, and data privacy compliance.
Corporate Secretarial:
Prepare and maintain statutory records, resolutions, and filings in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Liaise with regulators, corporate service providers, and external advisors.
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and supplier contracts.
Maintain contract databases and ensure timely renewals and compliance with contract terms.
Support implementation of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes.
Paralegal Support:
Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and support document management.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.
2–10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: compliance, corporate secretarial, contract management, or paralegal/legal support.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a multinational or regulated industry environment is an advantage.
