We’re working with a leading FMCG company who are looking for a 6-10 PQE Employment lawyer to join their team for the next 12-18 months.
What will the role involve?
- Reviewing policies and procedures and redrafting them where applicable (redundancy/strategy)
- Keeping up to date with current legislation
- Disciplinary hearing support
- Training HR team and board on employment issues
- An additional pair of hands to support across the business (50-60% UK focus and rest, rest of world)
- Attending HR team meetings
- Helping HR team become more self-sufficient
The role is 3-5 days per week, with one day per fortnight in the Scarborough office.
