Our client, a leading technology pioneer is seeking to engage a regulatory lawyer to provide specialist support in relation to the Online Safety Act. This role is key to helping the business navigate complex regulatory obligations in an evolving digital environment.

• 6-month contract with a view to extend
• Hybrid working arrangement – London Office

What Will the Role Involve?

• Lead and manage responses to RFIs (Requests for Information) from Ofcom concerning the Online Safety Act.
• Work closely with the wider legal and regulatory teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.
• Offer expert advice on regulatory matters, particularly those relating to online safety and platform governance.

Skills Required

• Solid experience in regulatory law, ideally with a focus on online safety or digital regulation.
• Exposure to litigation or dispute resolution is advantageous.
• Comfortable working within a fast paced, global organisation and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
