We’re working with a silver circle law firm who are seeking a real estate finance lawyer to provide interim support. You’ll work closely with partners and senior lawyers on transactional matters, particularly in real estate finance.

Key responsibilities will involve:
- Supporting on real estate finance transactions, including development finance and investment financing
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation related to property finance deals
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth transaction execution
- Providing legal input on structured finance matters where relevant
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE
- Have a strong background in real estate finance
- Be comfortable working on mid to senior-level matters
