We are looking for a Senior Compliance professional to join us for an exciting secondment with our digital infrastructure client who are currently undergoing a period of strategic growth and transformation.

This role will be supporting the Head of Global Compliance & Ethics needs for at least 6-12 months.

What the role will involve:
Core Responsibilities:

  • Owns day-to day Sanctions & International Trade Compliance operations.
  • Manages Third-party Risk, onboarding & enhanced diligence.
  • ABC operational controls, monitors gifts, hospitality & expenses, COI and anti-fraud controls monitoring.
  • Code of Conduct awareness campaigns, drives initiatives to maximize compliance visibility.
  • Manages whistleblowing hotline operations & rocase management.
  • Leverage automation to enhance efficiencies, drives embedding of ethics into processes.
Additional Scope:
  • Leads Risk Assessments & Controls Monitoring (audit readiness).
  • Compliance reporting, key metrics & maintenance of risk registers.
  • Collaborate across Legal and Corporate teams on corporate governance, Board/Committee decks and reporting.
  • Regulatory horizon scanning, program benchmarking to track Culture & Program Maturity.
  • Supports compliance program planning cycle and tracking of operational KPIs.
  • Policy governance, drafting, implementation, training and monitoring.

Ideal skills and experience you will have:
 
  • Strong operator: manages multiple matters, sets priorities, and drives tasks and projects to closure, with a bias for structure, clarity, and delivery.
  • Excellent communicator: simplifies complex topics, engages a wide range of stakeholders, and builds compelling decks and dashboards that illuminate business risk.
  • Relationship builder: earns trust across functions and levels, aligns stakeholders, and navigates ambiguity and competing priorities.
