Feb 24, 2026
We’re working with a global financial institution who are looking to bring on an eDiscovery Manager for the next 6 months.

What do they need help with?
They require temporary support within their BAU data collections (eDiscovery Fulfilment) function following increased workload and continued operational demand + on an active engagement. They need an eDiscovery Manager(s) with strong technical and operational expertise to help maintain ongoing data extraction, preservation and collection efforts across Switzerland and EMEA.

What will the role involve?
This is a really exciting opportunity for an eDiscovery professional to make a big impact on a couple of different potential roles (one for a live engagement and another for BAU collections). In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the end-to-end preservation and collection of data, followed by ongoing project management of matters once collected. The work involves supporting established internal workflows and engaging with multiple stakeholders across the bank.

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Supporting internal data extraction and search workflows
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders across jurisdictions
  • Managing the preservation, collection and delivery of data across their systems
  • Providing operational support through the lifecycle of eDiscovery matters
  • Applying technical expertise to ensure accurate, defensible data handling
  • Working closely with service providers for Relativity or platform-specific tasks

What skills do they need?
  • Mid to senior level eDiscovery professional
  • Strong technical and operational experience in digital forensics, data operations or eDiscovery
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments is helpful
  • Some familiarity with Relativity is advantageous (though not required at PM-level depth)
  • Confident communicator who can interact with a diverse set of internal stakeholders

Working Pattern:
Full time; 3 days on-site from Zurich
