Who are we looking for?

An organization the real estate and technology industry, is seeking an experienced lawyer 
(5+ years’ PQE) to join its growing legal division. Working closely with the Senior Lawyers in the wider team, this role offers exposure to high- value transactions, complex commercial advisory work, and a close-knit, high-performing team environment. Their legal team is seeking a lawyer to join its growing legal division on a 9-month full-time secondment.

This role will take the lead on the divestments of Realbase and Real Time Agent. You will operate autonomously within the deal team, driving asset separation workstreams, leading due diligence and managing external advisers on share sale documentation.

Key Requirements

• 5–8+ years’ (or more) PQE with strong experience in commercial and M&A matters

• Proven experience leading or materially contributing to divestments, asset separations and share sale transactions

• Demonstrated capability managing due diligence processes and instructing external advisers

• Strong corporate structuring and governance experience

• Ability to work autonomously within a lean deal team

• Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across Strategy, Finance and Tax teams

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• A pragmatic, “sleeves-up” approach to both high-value transactions and operational corporate matters

• Available to work full-time for the duration of the contract
