We’re working with a leading tech company who are looking to bring on a Compensation & Benefits counsel for EMEA for the next 6 months, as they navigate major upcoming regulatory developments.

What will the role involve?
You’ll partner closely with the wider regional employment legal team. The role will involve a broad mix of advisory, analytical and compliance-focused work that supports the company’s reward frameworks, people processes and stakeholder groups across multiple jurisdictions.

Key aspects of the role include:
  • Acting as the point person for all legal matters relating to compensation and benefits across EMEA
  • Providing analysis and advice on the incoming Pay Transparency Directive and aligning its requirements with their existing regional compensation processes
  • Working with business partners to interpret new legislation and understand operational impacts
  • Supporting employee and representative group enquiries relating to pay and reward
  • Assisting with pay gap analysis and contributing to corporate sustainability reporting initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with the global Compensation & Benefits and Employment Legal teams in a supportive, low-ego environment

What skills are required?
  • Employment lawyer with solid compensation and benefits experience, ideally gained within a multinational or tech-focused environment
  • Comfortable navigating complex multi-jurisdictional issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Positive, collaborative style

Working Pattern
Preference is full time (5 days per week), but 4 days per week may be considered
