Senior Commercial Lawyer – Contract (EMEA)

We are supporting a global technology organisation operating at scale across platforms and devices, who are looking to bring in a senior commercial lawyer on an initial 6 month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.

This is a high profile, deal focused role supporting global commercial arrangements for major technology products. You will work closely with senior legal leadership and business stakeholders across regions, advising on complex agreements including mobile carrier and strategic partner deals, with exposure to products such as Firebase.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and negotiating complex global commercial contracts
• Supporting platform and device products used worldwide
• Advising on mobile carrier and large scale partner agreements
• Driving efficiencies and improvements in contracting processes
• Working cross functionally with legal, product, and business teams

About you

• A senior commercial lawyer with strong in house or private practice experience
• Background in technology, platforms, devices, or carrier deals (Firebase experience highly desirable)
• Confident running deals independently in a fastpaced environment
• Enjoys working collaboratively and improving how legal supports the business
