Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to join a leading investment management business on an immediate assignment.
This opportunity will see you supporting a strong pipeline of fund-related work during a particularly active period. The role will involve advising on fund establishments and restructurings across multiple jurisdictions, managing subscription and investor onboarding processes, and providing broader day-to-day funds support.
Working closely with a collaborative in-house team, you will be expected to step in quickly, take ownership of matters, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. This role would suit a commercially minded senior lawyer who is comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment..
Key Requirements:
7+ years’ PQE with strong investment funds experience.
Demonstrated experience advising on fund establishments and restructurings.
Ability to commence immediately and commit to the full contract term.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to partnering with clients.
